Random Information Including Copyright, Disclaimers, Comment Policies, and the Like
This blog is something I have undertaken because I love to write. I’m here to have fun and take advantage of the opportunity that I have to express myself. Many thanks to Greta Christina, EbonMuse at Daylight Athesim, and vjack at AtheistRev for providing some ideas for this page.
I’ve decided to take the advice of bloggers more experienced than myself and create this page for Rules and Policies in order to prevent any situations that may arise in the future.
- Copyright Information: All original content on this blog (unless otherwise noted) is © Ani Sharmin and The Eternal Bookshelf 2009-2012.
- If you would like to link to my blog or quote me, feel free. Just please don’t copy what I wrote and claim it as your own writing and/or copy an entire post. Make sure to provide a link to the source if you quote.
- Feel free to comment. I love comments and try to respond to everyone, if I can. I look forward to hearing different points of view, so feel free to respond even if you disagree with me. I reserve the right to moderate comments, but I’m not overly zealous in this. Spam about fake designer watches, counterfeit medications, and the like will be deleted.
- I have a blogroll on the right side of the main page and often link to other sites. Just because I link to another site does not mean that I necessarily agree with everything on that site or everything written by the author of that site.
- Likewise, comments on my posts do not necessarily reflect my own opinions. As stated above, I love getting comments even from those who disagree with me, so it is inevitable that I will disagree with some of the people who comment.
- As a human being, I will change my mind on certain issues. I will try to be honest when these changes occur.
- Updates to this page will be forthcoming as I spend more time working on this site.

About
Greetings from my little corner of the Universe. My name is Ani Sharmin.
Immortality is achieved, not by living on in the afterlife, but by having an impact on others in this life. Any attempt on my part to achieve the status of other immortals, those whose names we remember because of the great things they did, would likely be in vain. Though this great status is only achieved by a few, we can all try our best to have as big an impact as possible, each in own own way. This blog is my attempt to express my love of books and hopefully encourage others to read. It is my sincerest belief that reading can teach us both about the world outside us and the world inside our own minds.
Happy reading and writing,
Peace and love from Ani Sharmin
